okay i tried to upload a video,..this was after i had formatted and uploaded some pics,..well when i went to upload a video, it gave me the same message that i had posted above,..is there a way around reformating the stick all the time? cause i really dont want to lose the pictures just to upload a video,..and vice versa

I think I saw a 1.0gb stick today for 89.99. But I wasn't really looking. It was next to a 512 stick, though.

I think you have to encode the video in some way or something? I read that somewhere. Preliminary research before I buy one h:

Thats super cheap. 1 GB usually goes for $150ish I think.

maybe I only saw two 512 sticks, then. because this was at gamestop. They're never cheap h:

You need to put it in a special format..

Chuckie posted instructions once, you need to dl psp video- which converts it and then helps you name the file. Hang on let me cut and paste.

1. connect your PSP to your computer so that it shows up as a mounted drive.
2. Create a folder named MP_ROOT
3. Open that folder and create one named 100MNV01
4. IN order for the PSP to see and play the movie it must be put in this folder
b. must start with M4V followed by five digits. (for example first movie would be M4V00001.mp4, next M4V00002.mp4 etc etc)

Same goes for music, you need to put it in the music directory...
