BTW, retail blue book on an 04 RSX-S with 17k miles is a shade over $24k.

Go to KBB.com and price it out if you want. You could give some proof of the blue book values you find. But, I do find it odd that they list that price, but on Edmunds.com they list MSRP for an 05 at $23xxx.
