I have one of those melitta pod things, and I love it. Best coffee maker ever. But when I tried to make some tea earlier, it was giving me shit. I got upset, thinking that their customer service wouldn't be able to help me and since its been a while since I bought it, I'd just have to replace it.

I called customer service and they were super nice and figured it out plus he said if there was something wrong with it, I wouldn't have to buy another one

I know, lame story, but its so rare to have actual helpful people who know what they're talkig about, plus its another opportunity to gush about my coffee maker

The garbage company didn't process my payment for two weeks, and decided to send out a letter saying we had a delinquent payment the day before the check was processed. Their customer service is not so cool.

I needed to scrub the pod holder with a toothbrush so the little holes weren't clogged.

they're always at target, and if you have a wegmans around you, they carry all the flavors. Otherwise just order them on amazon, since if you spend over $25 you get the free shipping.
