I have one of those melitta pod things, and I love it. Best coffee maker ever. But when I tried to make some tea earlier, it was giving me shit. I got upset, thinking that their customer service wouldn't be able to help me and since its been a while since I bought it, I'd just have to replace it.
I called customer service and they were super nice and figured it out

plus he said if there was something wrong with it, I wouldn't have to buy another one
I know, lame story, but its so rare to have actual helpful people who know what they're talkig about, plus its another opportunity to gush about my coffee maker
