Default Need help with Situation dealing a Big Business...

OK to make a very long story short(er) here i go...

March 2004:
-I purchase two Black Sparco seats from a company online.

August 2004:
- My friend points out that my one seat is completly faded(leg cusion is white, and corner back seat is greenish white

-I contact the company i bought them from and ask them about a warranty, maybe defective material the seat was made of. They tell me to call Sparco.

- I talk to a guy named ( lets call him BOB) and he says i need to talk to the company....

- I call the comapny and they said they will handle it as Sparco wants

November 2004
-To the point were i call the company everyday to hear about my seat. They said Sparco is not giving them feedback...
-Finally calls me and said i need to call Sparco Direct and talk to "BOB''
-I talk to ''BOB" and issue him an email compliant with full pictures and story/info/reciet about my seats

Decemeber 2004
-"BOB" never answers his phone, never returns emails or voice mails
- I call about every day, 3 times a day trying to get a hold of "BOB" the entire last week of december, and first week of January

January 2005
- I call to talk to "BOB" and he not there. Very pissed. The Secuitary of Sparco asks if she can help. I give her a quick sum of whats been going on and she said she can't help. I told her that I was gonna file a law suit and contact the Better Business Bureau(BBB). She leaves a message with the GM of Sparco
-GM Calls me back in one day, i tell him the story, he tells me to issuse him a email, documents, and pictures.

Febuary 2005
- GM is very bad about getting in touch with me also.
- He tells me after no talking to him after a month that i would need to send my seats to CALI. I live in MD. He would not guarntee that the seats would be replaced.
- He then states he can sell me just the cover and seat cushions for there price. I agree and let him know what he is doing sucks. That i still have to pay them money on a problem with there product.
- He says they will call me and email me when they get the product..
Today: March 27, 2005
- Today, still no word from him @ all.

What would you do?
Call the BBB?
Send the seats the GM of Sparco and tell him to **** himself and buy Brides and lose money?

I'm Confused on what the right thing to do is....BTW some of you may think i was an asshole to them or something. But i was very professional during all my phone calls and emails etc.

CLiff Notes: Bought Sparco Seats, one faded ( nothing was spilled on it, doesn't sit in one spot, most of the time car is a garage.), sparco never calls me back, and then trys to rip me off, still hasn't called me.

Maybe find a local upholstery shop to recover the seat.

sell the sparcos and buy recaros. i know theres plenty of people out there who would rock a slightly faded sparco fighter.

seriously though, im not really sure what you can do anymore. it looks like sparco doesnt really care about you as a customer and they aren't willing to work with you.

if it were me i'd sell em and get something else. if you are really set on making sparco take care of it, i guess your next step would be the BBB but i'd venture to guess that that process is anything but short as well. :wiggle:

sparco obviously doesnt care about you or the product they sell so i would say deal with it and sell them to someone at a lower price. post some pics, i would like to see them. im in VA so pickup wouldnt be a problem.

1) Build homemade catapult.
2) Light seats on fire.
3) Launch flaming seats through Sparco factory window.
4) ???
5) Profit
