Default iPOD users. Need Help.

I'm about 85% sure i want a iPOD. Still deciding on either a:

20GB (5,000 songs) $299
or
6GB MINI (1,500 songs) $250

Ok, the main reason i want a iPOD is for my car. But i'm trying decide what would be better for me and need opinions.

So i have an old Sony CDX-M600 headunit that i bought from RiceburninVtec way back in the day. And i love it. My crx only has two speakers in the front also (keep that in mind)...

I have two ways to get my iPOD in my car. Well actually more than two, But the two i'm looking @ are:

[Neo iON]Universal Direct Connect iPod Adapter ------ $200
This is CD quality

[Griffin Technology] iTRIP--------$40
Will be able to use it in all my cars/radio
radio quality

confused

What do you use. Any Pictures of set-ups also!!

Mine's wired in my car through my 1/8" in on the front of my HU. I don't use it in any other car though.

I have heard my friends iPod with the itrip, and it sounded really good. Not as good as if you wired it directly in, but if you don't have an expensive stereo setup, and you get a fair bit of road noise in your car, you probably won't notice it much. It also will depend on how many radio stations you have in your area.

If I were you, I would spring for the biggest iPod I could afford. I have the 40gb, and I am out of space.

my guess would be 10,000 if the 20Gb holds 5,000.

I just counted my cds. 60 Cds x 20 songs on each = 1,200 + 500 on my itunes.

Plus whatever i steal from riceburninvtecs computer

20gb is my size.

it plugs into the cd changer port... allowing you to use a cd changer (if you have/had one) and a 2nd input (ipod)...

you then just need

to connect the sony thing to the ipod.
