Workout Squad: Quandry.....
I am at a loss for words right now about what is happening.... I cannot explain it, maybe you guys can help.
I have dropped my workouts down to two days a week, and cardio when I have an extra 45 minutes or so, which is usually once a week. But my arms are getting bigger, the horseshoes in my triceps are really starting to pop out, and my back is defining out like a mofo. All my muscles look more full than before and have a much more nautral shape.
I dont know if I was just working them to hard before, without enough calories to fill out completely or what. My stomach isnt liking the increase in calories and decrease in activity, but once I move into my new house, I will be able to swim in the lake and bike around it, so I will be ready for memorial day weekend.
Anyone experienced something like this, have any advice or insight??

Its because you are giving 110% intensity with your workouts and allowing your body more then enough time to fully recover..so you rip more and more and more..basicly just keep ripping and the cardio keeps you leaner...its simple really.
just make sure to keep up with it.

^^^ Sheet, if I can drop from 6 workouts a week to 2 and see more results with less time, I am sure to stick with it...
Other than my stomach, this is the best shape I have ever been in.... I look back at my before pics and look at my status pics now, you would not guess that they are the same person at all...

lol, I was anti-ethiopian :haha: I probably could sit a couple on my lap and have room for a sammich....
I was 21 and could rest a coffee cup with no problem on my stomach while sitting in a chair, never need a coaster....
Good on you though, it takes more work than most people will ever understand

Ok here they are, in order. The first is before I started working out. The second is various from 2003, the third is from jun of 2004, and the fourth is from dec 2004. I took some today but the batteries on my camera died before I could get them over.
I am going to try and get some if I can tomorrow, and get some new ones up.
