Default Workout Squad: Quandry.....

I am at a loss for words right now about what is happening.... I cannot explain it, maybe you guys can help.

I have dropped my workouts down to two days a week, and cardio when I have an extra 45 minutes or so, which is usually once a week. But my arms are getting bigger, the horseshoes in my triceps are really starting to pop out, and my back is defining out like a mofo. All my muscles look more full than before and have a much more nautral shape.

I dont know if I was just working them to hard before, without enough calories to fill out completely or what. My stomach isnt liking the increase in calories and decrease in activity, but once I move into my new house, I will be able to swim in the lake and bike around it, so I will be ready for memorial day weekend.

Anyone experienced something like this, have any advice or insight??
