Some SUVs have power folding mirrors here in the US of A. Toyota Sequoia and Acura SLX come to mind.

I was sitting in my car and a guy in his Toureg pulled into the parking space in front facing me. He power folded his mirros, looked at me, and smiled. He went :eh: when I did the same. :chuckles:

i don't understand why they need them on SUVs. they sit higher than all cars.

Pulling into narrow garage openings, for one. Other vehicles are not the only obstacle which could take out an SUV mirror; but even if they were, there would still be other SUVs out there.
