Very under. I was laying there, the next thing I knew I was waking up and I was done. It was pretty cool. Only took about 45 minutes too. So far no pain either.

Oh I was still kind of awake while she was putting the IV into me.

And she prodded around about 5 times for it, so I ended up looking like i was on heroine.
