thrs actually a phone* that is out with a 7mp camera, 3x optical, 5x digital zoom on it. i think it is too much because it looks like an actual camera and not even a phone.

samsung, pretty much a digicam with a phone function. they als have a phone with 3GB of memory via hdd.
