If you're speaking of the kids and the frozen turkey incident, then it had nothing to do with an overpass.

 

i remember in australia, that punks were throwing bricks onto the freeway.

 

In the past I've dropped lit fireworks off of overpasses in a drugged-up frenzy. I've grown up. h:

 

A couple years ago in Detroit kids dropped a big chunk of concrete, hit a woman in the face.

 

last 4th of july i had a firecracker fly out infront of my car when i was pulling into my street. it missed but pissed me off so i stoped my car and got out but they were long gone.

 

A few years ago, some kids threw a chunk of ice off an overpass, and ended up going through a windshield, killing a woman in front of her husband and two kids. Luckily, they caught the punks.

 

I had called the police on the firecracker incident, but not the yellow object that just happened. I should have though. Next time.

 

Actually, we need signs on the over passes that say what the penalty is for throwing things off it... like $50,000 fine and 5 years in prison, including minors. (Or something for the minors)

 

few years ago some punk kids threw a rock over a pass and it went into an suv, almost killing the young driver. he was left disabled for life.

 

I drove on an overpass that had sidewalks on it one time where the cops were arresting a couple dumb kids who were throwing stuff down on to the freeway. I chuckled and kept going. I bet some sleezeball defense lawyer got them off saying they didn't know right from wrong, blah blah. I've been that age. I knew doing shit like that hurt people. It's not a matter of knowing right from wrong so much as caring. all those punks should diaf.
