$1100 is cheap for a paint job. My dad owns a body shop, and to do an All-Over paint Job like yours, it would probably be around $2500 or so. Also, I know I tried to tell you how to mask up the bumper yourself...I forgot to mention that Body Shops really frown on people doing that kind of stuff themselves. A)It takes away time/money from them B)They don't want to get blamed for overspray on areas they didn't mask.
