Ok so a friend of mine...............she needed car help.........last week we fixed her exhaust and tonight we are replacing her lower control arm cause she hit a curb when it was snowing outside..........

I like to lift weights at night but instead.........I am pushing my schedule back so after work I can go pick up her car, take it to a friend's that has a lift, replace it, and drive it back to her.........then I am going to lift..........and i don't make 1 red cent off of any the work i've done and gotten her the parts at cost + 10%............

I asked her if she could just pick me up some subway so I could eat while working on her car so then I'd have something in my system and wouldn't lift on an empty stomach, she said she was too busy cause she already has plans(which i know she does) but honestly.............is a 10 minute trip to subway to pick up dinner for someone who just saved you about 600 in labor and another hundred or so in parts that big of a request?

 

pretty messed up.. picking you up some dinner is the very LEAST she could do.

 

I wouldnt do it honestly...if she doesnt respect what you doin for her to get u something to eat then to hell with her

 

yea sounds like an ungrateful bitch to me. No offence but if your doing the work on her car that is the least she can do. I'd make her stay at the shop handing you tools! lol Dont help her out next time. Or charge her for being ungrateful and shit.

 

I know...........i even said I'd pay her back for buying me subway i just wanted something to eat..........and the only reason I'm doing it tonight is because her car is sorta not safe to drive with it in its current condition, otherwise i would wait till the weekend, oh well............i'll let it go this time, but u can bet i'll remember it the next time she wants something done

Yea really not cool. When my bro worked on my car, i was there every time helping him out. Even if i wasnt doing shit i was still there handing tools, or going on food runs on ME to show the least bit of gratitude.

 

i'm kinda pissed..........but i'll still be nice and help her out and do what i said i was going to do..........i'm not going to be childish and just not do it for her when she was counting on me.............but i am pretty annoyed

 

shit like that really pisses me off. Im usually the kid who helps all my friends mod thier car (i basically do it all) and I remember I was in a rush to sell my car so i had to put it all back to stock and i called all my buddies and they all had some weak excuses. only like 2 friends came to help. I was pissed

 

if i were you, this would be the last time you do something like that for her
