Ok so a friend of mine...............she needed car help.........last week we fixed her exhaust and tonight we are replacing her lower control arm cause she hit a curb when it was snowing outside..........

I like to lift weights at night but instead.........I am pushing my schedule back so after work I can go pick up her car, take it to a friend's that has a lift, replace it, and drive it back to her.........then I am going to lift..........and i don't make 1 red cent off of any the work i've done and gotten her the parts at cost + 10%............

I asked her if she could just pick me up some subway so I could eat while working on her car so then I'd have something in my system and wouldn't lift on an empty stomach, she said she was too busy cause she already has plans(which i know she does) but honestly.............is a 10 minute trip to subway to pick up dinner for someone who just saved you about 600 in labor and another hundred or so in parts that big of a request?
