true. mine didn't take them. i applied online, and it was nice because they let you know online when they've made the decision, so you know when its coming in the mail.

 

in person, mail, internet in that order of preference.

Though, I got full rides from schools that I applied to online for no particular reason other than the fact that they had free applications.....(good schools too).

However, otherwise I always sent it in the mail.

I'm going through the same thing right now....fall quarter I'll be starting at a 4year university as opposed to my 2 year cc I'm at now. I haven't done it yet, but I think I'll apply online. I don't see any advantages to mailing in the app :dunno:

 

I had to apply online at a site specifically for Cal State Universities. I start this coming fall.
