I have developed this crazy infatuation with the Triumph Spitfire and MG Midget.

 

My dad(birth father) owns the old spitfire that my mom had. Was a decent car. Very rough ride depending on the roads. Not bad performance for that age of vehicle. Very little interior room. And the thing was a bitch to keep in perfect running order. Despite all this i still miss that old car. I wanted it for myself when i was old enough. But sadly, my mom and birth father never got along and werent ever married. So due to some debts that he owed my grandma he bought the car from my mom and then all the debts were paid off cause my grandma overcharged him.

 

Thats the fun in having an old car, they can be finicky but its cool as hell to drive around in one. If I ever got one I'd probably modernize it with a different engine, suspension, etc.

Hey foo, I also like silly little British cars and also decided to get a silly little Japanese car that wants to be a silly little British car but breaks less frequently than silly little British cars.

I am also looking for the same silly little Japanese car, I can't seem to find one locally. I have suddenly fallen in love with 2 seater, RWD convertibles. h:
