-I take my hands off the steering wheel so I can reach for my pipe
-then i use my knees to steer
-I pack my weed into the pipe real tight so i can take one clean hit

-then i put the pipe down, pick up my cell phone
-text message some random person
-then i use my spidey sense to check if there's anyone in the lane
