Anyone seen this yet?
Just got done watching it and was really impressed by Jamie Foxx' acting ability and the overall content of the story. It takes a lot for me to be impressed with Foxx because up until now I hadn't seen him in anything worthwhile...but he really made this movie.

did u watch the special features? i liked the one where it showed ray jamming with jamie on the piano. i had no idea he went to college on a piano scholarship.

I need to get that DVD. I agree, the movie was awesome, and Foxx's performance was legendary. I've seen a lot of movies that he was good in though...especially Collateral.

Absolutely loved the film when I reviewed it for the Echo Times.
And I definitely need to get the DVD. 2004 was Foxx's breakout year.
The Academy needs to take note of his efforts and reward him properly.
