I've actually considered the possibility of graduating and getting a job here and going back after working a 10-15 years. Although the road systems are horrible and I don't know if I could drive there after driving in the US.

thats kindof sad, im studying to become an engineer, and if i worked full time as a draftsman, i would make approx. $32,000 a year. man. though in india, thats a crap load.

what is it, i think the value is now 46 rupees/doller, and you can get a shit load for that there compared to here.

Hehe... I got my license in India and drove there too... it was one of the scariest experiences. No stop signs, no such thing called traffic rules, playing chicken with buses.

yeah very true. worked with 2 engineers that was here for 2 month from india on my last contract.

they were very glad food/room was all paid for. if they had to pay for food, they said they would owe a crap load of money.

one time we went out to eat and each plate was around $10. he about shat himself, said you could feed a few families for that much. good thing it was on the company

What red light, I never paid attention to those. I drove an Ambassador, equivalent to a tank, so I didnt care.
