Instant HELP.. burning dvd's (again)
ok, my friend edited his spring break footage in windows movie maker.. so its a .wmv file. he converted it to a .avi file, but now its 20gigs. how do we burn any file onto a dvd so we can watch it??!

he needs to encode it again and shrink it down. it's too big.

reduce the resolution or use a codec that makes the file smaller. I'm not much help since I stopped doing all this about 10months ago.

windows movie maker doesnt have an option to compress the file as an .avi.. you can only save it as a .avi, or like a million different types of .wmv's
