Well rumors are floating around that Phil might be coming back.........I really hope so.......and I think Phil would consider it especially now that Kobe realizes how well the triangle offense works and he would at least be more receptive than he was the 1st time around

GO LAKERS!!

Yeah it's a nice rumor, but what are the chances of Kobe sucking up his ego?

Two chances, slim and none, and slim left town. Too bad for you laker fans, Rudy T is a great coach, sort of a lush, but a nice guy and excelllent coach. I would be stunned if Jackson returned.

I don't think he will..........but now that Kobe has played in a different system than the triangle, he realizes how well it works and how he gets open shots because of the offense. Sure he played for Del Harris for a few years but was never a star during those times and had Shaq there as well. Now he realizes how much he benefited from Jackson's offense and I think he although might not say it publicly and apologize would at least be more receptive to the offense and having jackson as a coach........i'm also pretty sure the Lakers could offer Jackson a nice sum of money to come back.
