Default Can you fool seat-belt sensor?

Yes, I know - I should be wearing my seat belt..... but the truth is I do a lot of quick trips (in and out of the car) and just don't feel like wearing the belt all the time.

What pisses me off is the beep-beep-beep bul.hit I hear from the dashboard every 5 minutes.

Other then plugging an extra buckle into the seat belt plug/receptor, is there any other way of tricking this thing?

And - Yes - I know I should be wearing my belt so let's just not waste time on one trying to convince me.

You should try the option that you said. "plugging an extra buckle into the seat belt plug/receptor." It seems to be the quickest and easiest way around it. There may be another way to do it, but I would think it would be a little tricky since it is a safety feature.

Or you can just turn the radio all the way up so you don't have to hear it every time .

Other than that you could just wear your seatbelt it's not like it's hard

just wear your seat belt, if some moron hits you at least you will live, morons, anyone who asks a question like this deserves to be banned.

it's the law in most states if not all to wear your seatbelt, and i believe that AUTO-x requires you too... so why is asking this not illegal on HAN?

unplug the connector under the seat that goes to the seatbelt receptacle. If the thing is beeping after you unplug the connector then take a short piece of wire and put it in each pin. It should be a 2 pin connector under the seat.
