its only like a $15 ticket.

I would do it the electronic way like mentioned above. Its probably just a sensor that completes/breaks the circuit so you need to find the wires and either have them seperated or touching. Proably touching.

I really hope you reconsider the seat belt thing cuz broken bones and wheelchairs are a drag. But you should just be able to unplug the wire (under the seat) that goes to the seat belt. Or you can drive my 4 year old around for a day and she will get you in the habit, she freaks out if the car is moving and someone is not buckeld up.

if you're looking to shave time from your local trips, why not look into leaving your shoes off. that has to be 30 seconds right there.

When I was young, I did that too... h: Probably annoyed the shit out of my parents, but it's really a good habit... especially since I know some people that were killed on a "short" trip because they didn't wear their seatbelt, especially considering if they were wearing it, the would have been bruised up at most...

It the law in most states.
The belt is there to save your life.
Wear it.
Period.

And before you say it doesn't affect us, guess what... it does.
The cost of treating injuries from non-belted drivers gets passed on to the rest of us in the form of higher insurance rates for both medical and auto.

So wear the damn belt.

takes me 2mins to put my belts on. 4point harness here, but I wear them every single time I get in my car. Even to drive for 2mins to get gas.

sigh people are stupid, i just hope they aren't anywhere near me.

Werd. Anybody who's ever been in an accident bad enough to have an airbag deploy will probably have a hard time driving without a seatbelt. I can't even go through a parking lot without a seatbelt on, I feel so vulnerable. It's just so easy to put it on, yet so wonderfully reassuring.
