But the Toyota Siennas with HID option do have a level switch. That was one of the gimmicks I used to show people if they came to look at the car at night.

But yeah, it's a super rare option. When I was selling Toyotas I never saw a Celica with HID. Who cares though? Just get some decent replacement bulbs and call it a day.

:hahano: Make sure your Celica is pink and has the optional Hawaiian Lei hanging from the mirror.

I'm sure you could order the housings, bulbs, ballasts and wiring but it would all cost a whole buncha money.
*edit* I did a little internet checking and the HID housings can be had for about $475 for the pair, but I'm not sure what else you'd need to buy to retrofit em to a non-HID car.
Do you really wanna spend that much money just on headlamps?

Yeah, it's almost like a deal breaker for me.
I had HID in my integra but the optics weren't up for it, and the beam pattern was spread all over the place, with fuzzy edges.
What I am trying to buy is the OEM headlight housing that comes as an HID option on the 03+ Celicas. I am not sure what you mean by retrofiting them as they already come with HID optics.

Retrofitting, as in replacing the regular non-HID housing with the HID housing.
Anyway, if ya want the housings: http://www.toyotapartsales.com/
Under "Mechanical Parts Catalog" select either year 2003 or 2004. Either one works. Click search button.
Next page, select "celica gt-s" as model, it should take you forward.
On the menu on the side, select "electrical" > "chassis electrical" > "headlamps" > "composite headlamp"
What you want is "COMPOSITE HEADLAMP, Celica, w/HID" which are $231.45 each.

Thanks for the info man.
As for retrofitting, from my understanding, it means taking out the original housing, modify it so it will accept the optics salvaged from other OEM HID housing for instance: like taking the optics of a TL and putting on Civic housing.
In my case I was just looking to replace with OEM HIDs available on the newer Celica. Mea Culpa for the confusion.
