There's nothing wrong with getting your ass whipped. You learn from it.

Now, knowing you a little bit you're probably wondering if I am really that arrogant and stupid or if I am just poking fun. Which is really awful.

Depends what you can do to deal with it. This is what I see:

-cocky
-wanting to prove yourself
-love for this hobby

Nothing wrong with that, as long as you think straight. If you make the smart choices, you'll be fine. Just understand where your place is on the ladder.
