I throw in my 2 cents, “Some” not all of the smokers I work with are some of the least productive employees. Always on a smoke break, always sick. I can fully understand why companies don’t want to deal
With people who smoke. THEY PAY YOU TO well WORK..

Smokers pay taxes like the rest of us but the burden they produce in lost productivity and increased healthcare costs is not worth it.

 

if they didn't smoke, they'd still be lazy and sick all the time, trust me.

 

Then explain why the ones who don't smoke almost never call in sick? or spend an hour out the of day smoking?

Smoking is a filthy and disgusting habit, pollutes are environment with cigarette butts and smoke.
Almost a 15% of the wild land fires in CA last year where started by people throwing cigarette butts out of a car window.
