Good plan. Than I can see what I have to work with and decide the route to take form there.

Eh that place isnt as great since the lead tech works at Sport Car motion now. Everyone else there sucks balls. Id suggest AEBS on Miramar Rd. Talk to a cat named Aries from H-T. Theres a thread there where he help squeeze out 30+hp on an n/a LS setup. A few people I know from high school have had their cars dynoed there with great results too.

I also hear great things about Group5. They just relocated to a new building on Commerce Rd off Miramar Rd.

Hope your motor gets tuned to its full potential man.

AEBS is better than anyone in SD. But Pete, you have no way to tune your A/F ratio really, unless you get a VAFC...which allows some limited fuel adjustments.

Thanks for the advice Len. But don't be mad when next time you don't come so close to my time on our next run h:

Yeah, I know I can't really make A/F adjustments yet but my next mod will most likely be VAFC so I'm planning on doing some more tuning down the road.

Edit: Can't you tune your A/F with software through the dyno or do you need the stand alone system for that?

You need standalone...Hondata, AEM, etc. There isn't like a magical A/F screw that you can turn and change it. h:

Aries tuned my car back in '98 and quite a few other guys I know. He's one of the best around.

So what other things can you adjust with a Hondata or other stand alone system?

Myriad of things, go to www.hondata.com for more info.

But from your setup, I don't think you need it right now. You can make good power out of the right parts and a V-AFC.

No offense, but I've seen your times at the track. From what you're running on the 1/8 mile, you can much improve your times....right now you look like you're running mid 15s at best. That can be done easy with a D16.

Oh, you're not offending me one bit. I know I could do much better but I need some more practice with my launches and 60 ft. times. I just don't go to the track very often anymore because I haven't made any changes really since my last visit. I plan on going again after I install the new exhaust tomorrow. The following weekend I will probably get a dyno session in.

Edit: Wow, there are a lot of different ECU's to choose from (ie. P28,P30,P72,P61,P08J,P30J,P72J). How do I figure out which one is right for me?
