they guy who hit the kid will have a nice face print in the corner of his bumper...
wouldnt the driver have said something about an oncomign car? unless he didnt know of the kid that was going to jump out and do something stupid.
but the kid getting hit will def. get a ticket for not wearing his seatbelts.

The idiot that fell out was just planning to open the door and have it hit the biker...retarded joke I guess. Then the idiot probably lost his grip and fell out. I believe his face landed on a parked car. I dont think having a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt is his main concern

h:luckily it was a plastic numper and not one of those huge ass metal grille guard tye bumpers on a bronco, that would crack his head open.
