Ok maybe ADW PC-245 assault with a deadly weapon
example: Case Law (Whether or not a particular object or instrument is a deadly weapon depends not upon the use for which is was originally suited or intended but upon whether is was used in a manner likely to produce death or great bodily injury (people v. Robertson, 217 Cal. 671)
I would have to say a car door hitting a bike at the speed they where driving would qualify. If I was the DA in that county I would charge the driver as a Principal in the crime
Elements of PC 31 Principals
1 Aids and abets in the commission of a crime
2 Advises and Encourages its commission
