Do CHP's keep records of every stop?
I am wondering if CHP's keep a record of stops they make? such as weather conditions? traffic? visability? Do they report all this? I am trying to fight a ticket and I wanna know if the officer who ticketed me will have any of this information in a report which could possibly affect my defense for the citation. any of the officiers here know? antarious? or that other guy?

That info is usually on the ticket, I should know, I've gotten plenty. You gonna fight ur speeding ticket? You better hope they don't call me as a witness cause I was on the phone when you got caught and you admitted that you were driving well over the speed limit

Generally you write information about the stop on the back of the citation for your own recollection.
A lot of Officers nowadays also audio record the stop, with a little pocket recorder, and then burn it to a CD and organize it by date.
That way when the call comes up for court -- they can review the tape to remember what you said, what the Officer said, and compare that with his notes.
In a lot of cases they will record specifics of road conditions, weather conditions, and your statements on the back of THEIR copy of the citation. Not always though.
