so right at the end of december, i was offered a full time position here at work. considering that my qualification for health insurance under my dads plan was expired, i really had no choice but to accept. along with this position, i had to agree to a .25$ pay decrease to cover the "benefits" :happysad:
i know over a 40 hour week, that only adds up to 10 a week but here is where im pissed....
they started taking the pay out already but my benefits dont start til ive been "full time" for 30 days. i feel like im being cheated.
discuss?

$10 a week is not bad at all. I pay that as well and I work for a huge corporation with great benefits so for a bank you should be happy it is that cheap. As for the benefits not strating right away that is bs. Mine started right when I became full time.
