Went shooting today, the guy next to me was shooting a .44 Mag, That sh*t was like a cannon, it was shaking the whole place (indoor range). When the fire came out of the barrel it looked like a tomahawk missile was taking off, made me wonder what smiths .50 can do and what it sounds like.
The people I shot with over New Years also had a bunch of rifles (too many to remember) and 2 44 magnum revolvers. One compensated, one not. I can only imagine shooting the uncompensated 44 :nervous:

Project, are you able to get a permit to carry in NJ or do you just use it for home/range?

Its a nightmare just to get a permit to buy in this state. Even though i have my firearms ID card, everytime i want to buy a hand gun i have to go back to the Police Dept. and get another purchasing permit. You have to have one HELL of a good reason to get a carry permit in NJ, ie. cop, armored truck, etc. I have mine just for home/range/and when i need to put a cap in someones ass

That is what I figured. I want to get my permit in Philly for CCW (cake) but I still have a MD license although I have lived here for over 4 years.
