ugh, yeah the special edition is a cool thing, it was $60 though. i feel dumb now though b/c they are going on ebay for $75-100(i could have banked some good $$$. o well, its nice to have. it comes with a "lazer-cel" athentified picture, prologue, game, and RE4 soundtrack.

man i got rid of my upgraded riot gun for a striker. i kick myself in the ass.

is it harder the 2nd time through?

 

no, i dont think so... i think its the same difficulty. i heard theres a "professional" mode opposed to normal, but i havent unlocked that one yet.... which i think i should have, but i duno, b/c i started the 2nd time from the first ending save. yeah, the only guns ive bought, and the only ones i think are a nessesity, are the Red9, the Shotgun, and the semi-auto rifle. youll need the rifle to kill the "regenerators" in the future. id buy more guns now to experiment, but i wanna save my $$$ so i get that infiate ammo tommygun

 

I just got the Tommy gun, and i fought that right hand man. its a peice of pie to kill anything. the tommy gun power is level 10, and its infiante, so you dont even have to reload. i just opend fire on the right hand guy for like 20 seconds straight, and he died. i didnt even use those tanks. even the chainsaw guys go down with like 6 shots max. its crazy easy now. now im saving up for the infinate rocket launcher. yeah, i checked, there is a professional mode, ill be doing that one as soon as i beat this 2nd time around. this game is too good to let go

 

I dont shoot the tanks....all i did was knock the tank over on him when he got close and then when it froze him i blew him up with a rocket launcher.

 

o, yeah, sorry, thats right, i knocked them over too, welll at least the first time i did. second time i just blazed with the tommy gun (chicago typewriter)

 

yeah i jsut beat the little salvadore guy. im on the island right now. i jsut died meeting the first regenerator. i can upgrade my blacktail (handgun) to the excess (firepower) because its all upgraded. but my money is running low here. i need the vest and upgrade my magnum. i got rid of the free broken butterfly for the killer 7 which is hot. i jsut wish there was more magnum ammo.

 

Can anybody explain to me what the hell is going on in that game (story wise). I'm playing it again

 

you beat it once and dont get it? just keep on playing. im still a little baffled and im on 5-1 ut of 5-4.

 

yeah, i never used those guns.. i stuck with the red9 and the original shotgun. then i got the Rifle, ever since i needed it for the regenerators.... what exactly are you guys baffled about in the game?
