Ok, I dont use IE unless I have to because FF doesnt work on like a couple sites I go to. So I open IE and this is what I see. I always have it set to BLANK.



So I got to TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS. And I see this. Everytime I change it, it goes back to "http://default.home"




So then I type in google.com and I get this.




What gives.

 

download adaware, cwshredder, spybot and hijack this.
boot into safe mode with networking
proceed to running above mentioned programs

 

Wait this might explain it. h: I deleted them and can go to google now. But the homepage still changes h:

thats nothing. go into safemode and run hijack this and post the scan. im going to bed but if someone doesn't let you know what to remove by morning i will

goto regedit.
open "HKEY_Current_User/Software/Microsoft/Internet Explorer/Main/ and change "Start Page" to www.google.com

then goto "HKEY_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Internet Explorer/Main/ and change "Start Page" to www.google.com


oh and you need to get rid of ietlbass.dll. that's spy shit. prolly have to boot to safe mode and delete it.
