Default wireless routers

Which one do u have?

Amazon has a D-Link 802.11G router and laptop card for 30 bucks after rebate. It sounds like a good deal, but some of the reviews are making me :ugh:

What do u HANers think?

I have the same router and I love it. When I blew it due to a power surge they had me a brand new unit next day air sent to me no questions asked. I would rec. them to anybody.

I've got a D-link 802.11b setup in my house and I'm happy with it (612 I think was the series?). I had a non-wireless D-link before that and was happy with that too, a buddy of mine is still using it.

Apple doesn't make things to be suitable for all budgets, they tend to stick with more high class.

The Airport Express is nice because you can network pretty much anything with it and it's small & sleek.

Wow.. another thick headed person. Kind of funny how avid PC users bash Macs like nothing else and say the only reason Apple survives is because of the "Mac Androids" or some other stupid saying reffering to the loyal customers..

But then again, the Windows community is only surviving because the average comsumer is just plain stupid.

Your of course being stupid because you don't even think of it in any other way than it being 'unnecessary' to you, so therefor it's completely worthless & overpriced. It's not $100 more to be able to stream iTunes. That's just something Apple is trying to market.

I'm not going to argue, it ends up being stupid. I have (like earlier posted) 2 Macs, 2 PCs and a Laptop (suse). So therefore

My opinion > your opinion
