...Mind it they need a 4 year degree now just to enter the police force.
Maybe they should work on their penmenship skillz because my plate number was inputted wrong and now he saved me 115.00 bucks!!!!!!

Thats totally a case by case basis...the judge can argue it was a mistake that is insignificant to the violation in question.

He never wrote down my address.
I left my car double parked at the bus stop, ran into the store came back out ( about 10 seconds later ) and he was writing me a ticket. Never asked for my license so he doesnt have my address or any info off my license.

Ohh also...I called the department of finance and they have a voice prompt that allows you to input your plate number and it will tell you if u have any outstanding tickets....
It told me no.. No tickets have been issued for plate number XXX - XXXX
