does paying off debt count?
if not, id buy an eg hatch, do a gsr swap, buy an FC and do an ls1 swap.
id could probably put the spray on both and still keep it under 20k

Since I already have a fun car, I'd use the $20k to get something reasonably comfy that has more than two seats. Like say, an '02 3.2TL Type-S.
