It would be cutting it close to do an FD/20B swap with only 20K. Possible, but rough. 20Bs are pretty hard to come by.

same power could be made using a nissan powertrain, its just cool.

the reason one would swap an ls1 into an fc is because

1) better than stock power, acceleration, reliability, longevity and gas mileage
2) much more available mods and the engine can take alot more abuse without major modifications

Oh , im not arguing, the LS1 IS a better swap.
