Just wondering what supplements everyone here takes, if any at all.
Where do you also usually get yours and how much?

I don't lift enough anymore for it to matter, however:
1) WHEY Protein
2) Creatine Monohydrate (is that correct? I'm too lazy to look at the jar)
3) Water

no supplements/proteins for me, and since I started working out Ive noticed the same if not more bulk than fellow gym goers who take different supplements :dunno:

I have MRP's left over but I'm pretty damn sick of them. I usually purchase from bulknutrition or dps.

School owned my ass this semester. This summer I was ripped, I've lost 15-20 lbs of muscle, put on 5 in fat.
