F the story, heres the cliffs...

-random girl calls asking for 'joe'
-i reply with the typical "wrong number foo"
-girl calls back says my voice sounds fine h:
-we chat, find out we work at the same mall
-she wants to meet me at starbucks tomorrow

So heres my dillema... I never go to starbucks so whats a good drink to buy? Preferrably warm and not too expensive. Pics will follow tomorrow hopefully.

 

coffee...just plain old coffee

 

The coffee is good. Everyday I get whatever their daily "bold" coffee is. $1.86 for a large (aka 'venti'). I also suggest a slice of the pumpkin loaf for $1.95. Very tasty especially with the coffee. :yumyum:

Café Mocha is the only other thing I really get but it costs over $3 and doesn't really have much coffee taste imo.

 

Playa playa. Get yourself a Chai Tea.

 

Chai tea? They serve boba now?

Bread and coffee. I dunno I dont wanna feast there just have a nice cup in my hands so I dont feel naked. Budget is set at $5 for tomorrow. Anymore suggestions?

 

Bread and coffee = breakfast or a snack maybe. If you just want a cup to hold why don't you get water? :fawk:

What I would actually suggest is looking at the menu and buying something you like or that looks good. Or ask your date what she recommends. Brownie points!

Just make sure that you stir it after you get it so the caramel on the bottom gets mixed throughout the drink (some places don't make it right).

 

but that's the best part... you drink and drink...then think, that was pretty good, but alas!!!! blasphemy!!! could it be??!?!?! why yes, yes it is true!!!! there is one last gulp of coffee goodness, but wait!!!! what is that??!?! why, it's the remaining caramel goodness which flavored your coffee... oh the sweet taste of caramel bursts in your mouth with utter enjoyment!!! h:
