Just make sure that you stir it after you get it so the caramel on the bottom gets mixed throughout the drink (some places don't make it right).
but that's the best part... you drink and drink...then think, that was pretty good, but alas!!!! blasphemy!!! could it be??!?!?! why yes, yes it is true!!!! there is one last gulp of coffee goodness, but wait!!!! what is that??!?! why, it's the remaining caramel goodness which flavored your coffee... oh the sweet taste of caramel bursts in your mouth with utter enjoyment!!!
