Default Tires, need near immediate response

Teg, 01 LS hatchback, needs new tires. The Michelin's aren't cutting it, and they're horrid in winter (live in IA). I've found cooper lifeliner SLE's and a set of Goodrich Traction T/A V's for about the same price. If anyone has any tire experiance (stock tires, 195/55/15's) or advise pls post. I have to know by noon today CST. Thanks

If you must have tyres today, you're probably stuck with what you have there.

However, if you have time to wait a couple of days for the shipping, go to http://www.vulcantire.com and get a set of Falken Ziex 512 in size 205-50-15.

You'll spend less money and get a much better tyre.

You'll be surprised how well they handle in the dry for a design that's also so good in the wet winter.

In the rain, I dont hydro plane when hitting a puddle. Even if its huge.

I put some Dunlop Sport A2's (all season) on my Teg (205/50/15's on stock rims) and they are 100% better than the OEM tires IMHO. (I live in WI by the way, so we do see plenty of snow).

It's for snow and wet winters. Thanks for the responses. I'm going with a set of Cooper 195/55's. I figure a 70,000 mile warranty, people around here who own them and love them, 1/2 off 4 wheel alignment, and free rotation for the life of the tires isn't bad. Out the door < $400.
