Well at that time I was a bit of a baller through a private venture I had going on (no comment).

Anyways I got dressed fairly nice and tossed on some casual clothes but really nice casual clothes that said wealthy and comfortable with it. An expensive yet tasteful watch (people know the difference) and went to this exotics dealership in Sac out by Elk Grove I believe it was.

Anyways I went and kicked tires and poked around and when the guy asked if I had any questions etc. I just said that I was just looking and didn't think I saw anything I liked. He asked what I was looking for and I just said I wanted an exotic sports car and that a simple Porsche was a waste of money to me.

So I tell him I am going to look around a bit and act nonchalant about it. Then I ask him about a couple cars a few minutes later...a Lotus Esprit turbo, an old school Ferarri (can't remember model), a couple other cars and started asking about performance and fun factor.

After about a half hour of talking or so and commenting on how I was probably going to end up going to LA to continue my shopping he starts talking about the Lambo....BINGO! my dream car at the time. Anyways we get to discussing it and I act hesitant but he talks me into sitting in it.

Jackpot!!

He lets me fire it up and rev it a bit...straight sex for me right there. Then we talk a bit more I look under the hood and ask about the details of the car and never once ask about the cost of ownership or maintenence (this shows you have it to blow because it doesn't concern you). Anyways he asks if I want to test it out. I think about it and casually say that I guess it wouldn't hurt to try the car for a spin.

He copies my license, jumps in the car, and we head out the showroom into the streets. Once it was over I tell him I am going to have to consider it seriously for a couple days, give him a number that is a couple numbers off my real number and slip off into the day with a grin on my face.
