what a joke David Stern completely blames the players, saying "so that fans can continue to attend our games unthreatened by events such as the ones that occurred last night.'' If those fans kept their garbage to themselves nothing would have happened

Dats crazy man. How they gonna suspend Artest, O'Neal, and Jackson. If you ask me Wallace should receive the biggest since he's the one that started the whole hoe down

wallace didnt start shit...he got fouled..he pushed artest, that was the end of the whole endevour as far as wallaces actions were concerned. The real problems didnt start until some asshole fan threw a cup at artest. Blaming Wallace is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of...hundreds of times have players pushed other players on the court after a foul, the push wasnt that big of a deal.

It did spark the hatred inside of a fan though towards Artest

so what..you cant blame Wallace for something a stupid fan did. Artest was laying on the bench, everything was done and over. How the hell can you blame that shit on Wallace? I am not agreeing with his action of shoving artest. It was that big a foul, but to blame the incidient on him is ****in stupid.

Stupid fans come with the territory. Yeah the fan threw the beer, but it was up to the players to respond or not. It doesn't matter how much the fan deserved to get his ass kicked. If Artest hadn't jumped into the stands, the situation wouldn't have happened.

I dunno if an indefinite suspension was necessarily the way to go, but the only time the fans can be blamed is when the players buck up and don't respond.

:werd:

By doing this the players are going to be more of targets in other games from now on.

F*CK DETROIT. wallace is a dumbshit. a push or talking shit is one thing to do after a foul, but to shove another player by the THROAT is wrong. but thats only bad on his part for that event. as for the fights go, players on both sides dont deserve to be suspended indefinitely. a hefty fine and maybe like a suspension of the next two games... but not indefinitely (unless after two games, they lift h: ) and the stupid incompetent detroit police need to catch the stupid fux0rz in the crowd who all got involved in the fights and have them fined big time and banned from future events at the stadium.

again..F*CK DETROIT fans.
