can you sue someone for kicking your ass if you started the whole thing? 2 of those fans on the floor had their fists up also, ready to go after the players.. they wouldnt have been on the floor any other reason..

I dont care if they "cant" be on the court. I bet they will get money because people sue for stupid shit and get away with it. After seeing that and actully thinking about it this morning that really horrible and stupid.

THe NBA will punish the Indiana players the most by far. They will use the case that under no circumstance should a player go into the crowd. I personally would go after someone if they drenched me with a drink. Just because you are a pro doesnt mean you should have to take BS like that.
Wallace over reacted to a clean foul.... and that started all the problems, Seems very similar to the Manny Ramirez incident where he overreacted to the CLemens fastball. Overreaction starts problems. Wallace overreacted got all the fans who were prolly already pissed about the score in the game in a frenzy by going after artest. Wallace is the first in a line of many responsible for this situation

Oh yea I would like to know the cops reasoning for threatening Ron Artest with Pepper Spray. He was standing on the middle of the floor surrounded by coaching staff. There is no reason to threaten him when there is a riot going on in the stands. Way to have the prioritys straight

Yeah, out of everybody there, Artest seemed the most calm...yet all the blame is focused on him.

Artest, O'Neal, Jackson, and Wallace have all been suspended indefinitely.
