You only pay $.37 for somebody to come to your house, pick up an envelope, and hand deliver it to somebody anywhere in the country, whether it's across the street, or across the continent, and you're complaining?!

My mailman comes to my house everyday. Regardless of whether he's going anywhere else, I'm still paying only $.37 per envelope....cheap as shit, if you ask me.
Sure, they'll lose shit all the time, like 3 of your Gamefly returns, resulting in your account being cancelled...but that's another matter altogether.

 

I'm not complaining either. But your mailman comes to you if you have outgoing mail? We have to drop it off at the post office, or at a mailbox. Our mailman ONLY delivers.

 

Our mailman picks up mail from our house...I thought they did that everywhere.

 

we put it in our mailbox, put the flag up and he knows that there's outgoing mail there. if we get no mail that day, but he sees our flag up, he'll stop and pick it up.

if you live in a complex that has the big mailbox where you get a key to it, they have an outgoing slot to drop your mail in that the mailman empties everyday.
