i think that we need to develop a zones system like UPS or FedEX uses to make local mail cheaper.

thats why i put return adresse, the address i want to send it to. And the mailing adress i put down mine, dont put a stmp and off it goes... I dont actually do that but if i was cheap that what i would do.

postage IS cheap as hell but rather than keep raising the rates, why do you think that some system reform is such a horrible idea? keep the local rates at .37 i dont give a damn but dont raise it across the boards.

just a thought, if you dont like it oh well but you dont need to bite my head off over it.

bite your head off? dont think i did that..but i can if you'd like. I just said that 37 cents isnt something worth bitching about..imo.

and i didnt say complain about the holidays..i said complain about the MAIL not going on those holidays.

basically they think the return adressee forgot postage so they send it back to him to get postage and he gets the mail, postage free.

on the upper left corner(where you usually put the senders address) you put the receivers address. In the middle of the envelop(where you would put the receivers address) you put your own... then you don't put a stamp. So the post office will think that you forgot to put a stamp so send it to the senders address(which is in fact the receivers real address)

If you still dont understand dont worry i suck at trying to explain these things so someone else will...
