Default outlook question

is there a way to save multiple emails in rich text format at once instead of saving them individually?
my boss wants to save about 50 emails to her zip disk

What if they create a local folder in outlook. highlight the emails you want and forward them to that folder.
Then archieve the folder to the zip disk. It will create a .pst file.

Left Pane

Click on the 'Mail' Pane

Submenu: Personal Folders

Right Click --> New Folder

After moving all the emails you want, click on the folder.

File --> Import and Export...

Choose 'Export to a File', then choose 'Personal Folder File'.

Then the rest should be easy.

Hope that helps.
