Supercomputers
NEC's Earth Simulator got demoted to #3 on the supercomputers list. In the last month IBM and NASA took over #1 and #2. 
Actually, if any of you are in or around Pittsburgh they have the supercomputer fair going on.

I am tempted to transfer to VT, they actually have a supercomputer on the top 500 list at #7. I don't see our school putting the effort into beating VT and building a supercomputer.
